By downloading, accessing, or using the Runiverse mobile application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Important Health Warning

Runiverse encourages physical activity, but we are not a medical organization. You should consult with your physician before starting any exercise program. By using the App, you verify that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that might prevent you from exercising.

You acknowledge that running involves inherent risks, including but not limited to traffic, uneven terrain, and weather conditions. You assume full responsibility for your safety while using the App.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include:

Cheating: Using GPS spoofing, emulators, or automated scripts to fake runs or capture territory unfairly.
Harassment: Engaging in hate speech, harassment, or posting offensive content in community features.
Trespassing: Entering private property or restricted areas to "conquer" territory on the map. You must always obey local laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including the "Runiverse" name, logo, map designs, and game mechanics) are and will remain the exclusive property of Runiverse. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Runiverse may be available only through a paid subscription ("Premium"). If you choose to subscribe, payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runiverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
